1. Read and agree to the terms in the following documents:

	Operating Instructions
	Emergency Procedures
	Floor Plan
	Conditions of Hire

2. Check the Online Booking Diary to find a free slot. Please note that the hall is hired for morning, afternoon and evening sessions. Check the Hire Charges page for details of start and end times - you will not be allowed access to the hall before the start time and must be out by the end time.

3. If you intend to sell alcohol (which includes providing free alcoholic drinks at any event where people have paid to attend), you must have a License. Certain individuals or organisations known to the Committee may be able to use the hall’s License for an additional charge of £15. To enquire about the use of this facility please contact the Booking Officer before sending the booking request form.

4. Print out the Booking Request Form and return it together with your cheque for the appropriate amount to the booking officer.
